Ghoha Hills has opened a new tented lodge, Nogatsaa Pans Lodge, in Chobe National Park, Botswana.

The 12 luxury canvas tents overlook the pan and include an outdoor shower.

Linda Arthur, Reservations Manager, said ten of the tents had twin / double beds and two were family tented units with large spacious decks, all overlooking the pan.

The solar-powered lodge has a main area under thatch overlooking the pan, dining area, multiple lounge areas, large decks and a raised platform. There is complimentary WiFi in main area

Arthur said activities at lodge included game drives along the Ngwezumba River and through mature mopani woodlands.

The lodge is in a sought-after wildlife destination at the heart of the Chobe National Park, 80km south of the Chobe River, and is the only one within the Nogatsaa region of the park
